MOM'S CNY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

Almost every year of Chinese New Year, I celebrate my mother's birthday together with my family. This year besides my aunt celebrated my mom's birthday with a Secret Recipe cake before they leave Penang, my father and I celebrated hers in Vintage Bulgaria Bar and Restaurant, a Bulgarian cuisine located next to Ingolf German Restaurant in Tanjung Tokong.

Then the birthday celebration was held in my grandma's house together with my cousins. Thanks to my aunt who bought the cake. She likes the cake a lot and enjoyed it very much.


One a happy family, if my brother was there with us, that would be a long lasting happy family ever!


Birthday cake with flowers and an impressive poem was ordered by and brother in the States and delivered through a florist agent.


It was the chocolate ice cream cake and it was my mom's favourite too! She was really really surprised and happy by getting an unexpected gift on her birthday that day and was touched by the poem written by my brother.


My father and I celebrated my mother's birthday at Vintage Bulgaria Bar and Restaurant in the evening for dinner. The dishes there were very very delectable despite the pricing of each of the dishes. It was the best dinner ever!


We started with soups that was served at first on the table. The bowl of the soup was as big as your face, the taste of the soup - Shepherd's Salad, is impressive!


Besides the soup, the quality and the tastes of the dishes were really amazing. You will be missing its dishes after you paid your first visit into the restaurant, like I did.
