Running by
non-profit organization GBA ships,
Logos Hope, has opened its doors to public started from
26 August to 25 September 2011 in
Penang's Swettenham Pier,
Pengkalan Weld. It, the blue and white painted ship, allowed more than
thousands and thousands of book titles to be browsed by its visitors in an air conditioned book fair. By just a pay of
RM1 each for the
entrance fee, my friend and I had our great time browsing for book titles but we bought souvenirs at the end. The ship has making her way
towards Port Klang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, and Singapore after making her stop in Penang.

The air conditioned floating book fair offered book titles with the prices ranging from RM8 to RM16.

Logos Hope is the sister ship for Doulos ship. Doulos, visited Penang about 10 years ago which it offered the first floating book fair to the public here. The second floating book fair? Of course, it was offered by Doulos' sister ship, Logos Hope for about a month in Penang, Malaysia.
