I assume most of the stalls selling Tom Yam Noodles serves their Tom Yam Noodles with the pastes they bought. Predictable, what makes this bowl of Tom Yam Noodle special to me rather than others? The paste they used. Rather than focusing on what brand is the paste is, this bowl of Pulau Tikus Tom Yam Noodle is served with the same ingredients as in the koay teow th'ng's they are selling. Well, is there anywhere else you think it is worth of giving it a hit? You may comment on the post below.

ReplyDeleteLove your blog and that of your mate, Nick Chan. It allows me to view the sites and lovely food of Penang. I sure miss them.
I love the clarity of the pictures on your blog. What camera are you using? I only have standard compact Panasonic camera and was thinking of investing in say a Canon 550D. Generally its for holiday sanps and I am not a camera buff. What do you suggest. I might be coming back to Penang in the summer, what are the prices there.?
I have a feeling its cheaper here in London and that includes a 20% Sales Tax. Get it for about £500-$530.00
Look forward to hearing from you.

James Wong,
DeleteThank you for your interest! Penang, is always our awesome hometown. :)
The photos were taken with a Sony Camera W-350. On the photos posted as aboves in the same category, were all with only W-350. Cameras i am using are W-350(primary), Sony H-50, and Samsung Galaxy S2. If you do not mind, personally a compact camera does a great job with high mps and focusing features. The 550D you are looking at costs about 2588rm which you may check it out in Canon Malaysia's website.
It does cheaper a little as it is included also the 20% comparing to Malaysia's price. Hope you've got my opinions useful. Cheers!
Merritt
